How it felt

Working with Mao feels like going through a book, chapter by chapter. He always brings new ideas, and we either explore them in the studio or just talk about them.

What triggered it

Naires introduced us. We started by talking about music, the styles we love and how we each came to it, and we found a shared love for Arabic music and 3orab. That became our first track, PAIN, and then his debut EP, SOLAR ECLIPSE, where I handled the overall production and the artistic direction. We became friends and music partners.

How it felt

Working with Naires felt natural. We built a strong chemistry early on, so every track felt right and said what we were feeling at that moment.

What triggered it

He was one of the first people I worked with. At the start we made music in a chaotic way, like a machine. We once made a whole album in two weeks, in a flow state. It was never released.
